RETURN POLICY:AlpineFreshAir.com prides ourselves for excellent customer protection and guarantees that all products will be received by customer without defects and/or damages. In a case when defective or damaged product is received by customer it will be replaced at AlpineFreshAir.com expense. Replacement will be provided after damaged or defective product that was bought from AlpineFreshAir.com is returned to AlpineFreshAir.com (this does not include main boards, lcd displays, and other items that require a technician to replace and/or repair). Defective or damaged items must be sent back to AlpineFreshAir.com within seven days from the date items were received by customer. AlpineFreshAir.com does not accept returns for reasons other than defective or damaged items.
